New Product Announcement
To meet a customer demand for smaller packages and lower costs, Q-Tech has announced a new range of COTS quartz crystal oscillators for defence, avionic and rugged applications.
These new Clock, TCXO and VCXO quartz crystal oscillators have been designed to operate in rugged environments and extended temperature ranges using miniature hermetic packages in sizes typically offered by commercial and consumer grade manufacturers.
Designated the QTC series, these oscillators offer a number of advantages
- Much lower cost than QPL parts.
- Full traceability.
- No risk of counterfeit.
- ITARS Free.
- ROHS or Non-ROHS terminations.
- Small lightweight packages.
- Delivery from stock for standard frequencies.
- Buy COTS parts from your existing QPL supplier to minimise the vendor base.
- -55 to +125 DegC design (Higher temperatures on demand).
- Designed to withstand shock and vibration.
- Screening per Mil-PRF-55310 if required.
- Q-Tech is qualified AS9100 and Mil-PRF-55310.
Design engineers can now select “COTS with Confidence” from their existing supplier of high reliability clock oscillators. We welcome enquiries for samples of the QTC oscillator series for evaluation and approval or for new PCB designs.
Q-Tech will continue to manufacture all of the Mil-PRF-55310 specifications and High Reliability quartz crystal oscillators for legacy programs and for new designs in critical and high shock applications that require the full QPL or multi point mount crystal packages that have always been available from Q-Tech the world’s leading manufacturer of high reliability quartz crystal oscillators.
